When you’re away for the night — or longer — Furfolk provides caring, in-home overnight stays so your pets can relax in the comfort of their own space. As part of our pet sitting Brisbane services, we keep routines steady, provide company through the night, and make sure everyone feels safe, calm and cared for.

Need extended hours or daytime coverage? We can combine overnight stays with daytime drop-ins or walks for complete care.

Comfort at Home, Just How They Like It

Boarding can be stressful for many pets. Our overnight stays mean your dogs, cats, or small animals stick to their usual environment, food, and sleeping arrangements. You’ll return to a relaxed pet — and a tidy home — exactly as you left it.

Safety & Security

Your home and privacy are treated with the utmost respect. All Furfolk carers are police-checked, insured, and trained to follow our strict key and security policy. We also provide an emergency protocol — including contact with your nominated vet and updates to you — for full peace of mind.

Frequently asked questions

What type of pets do you care for?

While dogs and cats are our most common clients, we also care for a range of other pets. From birds and chickens to fish, reptiles and small animals, we’ll always confirm what’s involved before booking to make sure your pet is matched with a carer who’s comfortable and experienced with their needs.

How does the sitter gain entry to my home?

To make visits smooth and stress-free, we’ll confirm the safest way to access your home during your meet & greet. Many clients use a lockbox or secure key location, while others prefer an on-site solution such as a side gate or garage entry.

If none of these options work, we’ll discuss alternatives that suit your home and schedule. Your carer will only access your property for booked visits, and all access details are handled securely.

Can you give medication or look after pets with special needs?

Yes. Many of our carers are experienced with medication, seniors, anxious pets and animals with specific care plans. Just let us know the details at your meet & greet so we can match you with the right carer and document everything clearly.

What if there’s an emergency?

If we’re ever concerned about your pet, we’ll contact you (and your nominated emergency contact) immediately. Where needed, we’ll take your pet to your nominated vet or the closest available clinic and keep you updated every step of the way.
