Book your free pet Meet & Greet in Brisbane

A Meet & Greet is a free, no-obligation visit at your home so you, your pet and your Furfolk carer can get to know each other. We’ll chat through your pet’s routine, personality, health needs and any house instructions, then confirm which service is the best fit. It’s your chance to ask questions, show us where things are kept and make sure you feel completely comfortable before any paid booking starts.

Most Meet & Greets take around 20–30 minutes. If you have multiple pets, detailed routines or a lot of questions, we recommend allowing up to 45 minutes so we don’t have to rush. We always take the time needed to understand your pet properly and set everything up for smooth, stress-free care.

Furfolk focuses on dog walking and in-home pet sitting across Brisbane’s Northside, including suburbs like Warner, Bray Park, Strathpine, Albany Creek, Eatons Hill, Ferny Hills, Arana Hills, Everton Hills, Samford Valley, Cashmere and nearby surrounds.
If you’re just outside our normal zones, still reach out. In some cases we can accommodate you with a small travel fee, or add you to our list for when we expand into new suburbs.

Yes – your Meet & Greet is completely free and there’s no obligation to book ongoing services. There’s no call-out fee and no hidden charges for the visit itself. You’ll only start paying once you decide to go ahead with regular dog walking or pet sitting. If you change your mind after the Meet & Greet, that’s absolutely fine.

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially if you’re new to Furfolk, so we can match you with the right carer and schedule a proper Meet & Greet.
If you need help urgently or are looking for same-day support, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. Same-day bookings depend on carer availability and may not always be possible, particularly during weekends and busy holiday periods.
