We care for your pets the same way you would — with patience, kindness and attention to their individual needs. Everything we do is focused on keeping your pet comfortable, safe and relaxed while you’re away. We follow your routines for feeding, walks, medication and enrichment, and we keep an eye on any changes in behaviour or health. If something doesn’t seem right, we’ll let you know straight away and follow your instructions. We use gentle, force-free handling at all times and tailor our care to suit each pet’s personality, energy level and preferences.

Your pet’s comfort, safety and emotional wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. This page explains how we care for pets, the standards we follow, and what we need from you to ensure the best outcomes.
Every pet is different. We follow your instructions closely so routines stay familiar and stress-free. This includes feeding, medications (non-injectable), enrichment activities, walks, toileting, litter changes, and general comfort checks.
If your pet prefers quiet company, energetic play, structured walks or gentle enrichment, we tailor our approach accordingly.
Our carers use calm, positive and force-free handling techniques. We don’t use fear-based tools or punishment.
We rely on you to disclose any behavioural concerns — such as reactivity, anxiety, aggression, or medical issues — so we can match your pet with the right carer and ensure safety.
During every visit we observe for changes in mood, appetite, behaviour, mobility or general wellbeing. If something feels unusual, we’ll notify you immediately and follow your escalation instructions.
We aim to make each visit meaningful. Enrichment may include sniffing walks, play sessions, puzzle feeders, scent work, or calm social time — whatever best suits your pet’s needs.
If a pet becomes unwell or injured, we will follow your instructions for contacting you, your emergency contact, and your preferred vet. If we can’t reach you and urgent care is required, we may seek treatment on your behalf.
