We treat your home with the same care and respect we’d want for our own. Your access details are stored securely and only shared with the caregiver looking after your pets. During each visit, we follow your instructions for entering and locking up, checking gates and alarms, and keeping pets safely inside. If anything looks unusual — like a door left open or signs of damage — we’ll let you know straight away. We rely on you to tell us about other people who may be at the property and to keep locks, keys and access codes up to date so we can provide safe, smooth and secure service every time.

We treat your home with the same care and privacy we’d expect for our own. This page outlines how access works, how we manage security, and what we need from you.
Before your first booking, we’ll confirm how we should enter your home — whether via key, lockbox, door code, or smart lock. These details are encrypted and only accessible to the assigned caregiver.
Carers follow strict entry and exit procedures, including:
locking all doors and gates as instructed
checking that pets are secure before leaving
arming or disarming alarms according to your directions
reporting anything unusual immediately
If we cannot safely access or secure your home due to a key or lock issue, a locksmith may be required.
You’re welcome to use security cameras, provided they comply with Australian privacy laws. Cameras may observe general areas such as living spaces and outdoor areas but must not record bathrooms, toilets or areas where a caregiver would expect privacy.
If other people (cleaners, tradies, family) will be entering your home during your trip, please tell us in advance. Unexpected visitors can create risks for both pets and carers.
If we notice a hazard, damage, or potential security issue, we will notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to secure your home.
